The Pizzeria Pronto® is Pizzacraft's deluxe outdoor pizza oven that will change pizza night forever! It's lightweight, portable and safe on any surface. It's incredibly easy to use. Simply hook it up to a propane tank, let it pre-heat for 10 minutes, and you're ready to go.
The Pizzeria Pronto® reaches cooking temperatures of over 700°F and cooks a pizza in only 5 minutes. This outdoor portable pizza oven is perfect for tailgating, camping, or your regular family pizza night. You will never order delivery again when your Pizzeria Pronto® makes homemade pizza fast, easy and delicious!
The Pizzeria Pronto® comes with two 14" baking stones. ThermaBond® stones are manufactured with Pizzacraft’s exclusive ThermaBond® technology; specially formulated to eliminate thermal shock breakage, promote even heat distribution and retention, and guaranteed durability for consistent cooking on the oven or grill.
Unlike the PizzaQue®, the Pizzeria Pronto® features a heat containing visor and stainless steel reflection plate, resulting in a 20% decrease in cooking time. The Pizzeria Pronto® rain cap (included) also holds a 1 lb. propane tank when inverted.

NOTE: It is not recommended to use a pizza steel on top of the baking stones. A pizza peel no wider than 12.5" should be used with the oven.

Patented Features
- Perforated Reflector
- Dual cordierite pizza stones
- Oven design
The reflector allows moisture to escape (to prevent sogginess) while reflecting heat back down to cook the toppings and crust. The dual cordierite stones create a pocket of air between them to minimize hot spots.

| Can I cook frozen pizzas? | Although it wasn’t designed to, the Pizzeria Pronto® can cook frozen pizzas. The oven temperature should be reduced to 450-550° F, and the pizza should be cooked according to box directions. Using a pizza screen is highly advisable. |
| How big is the burner? | 15,00 BTUs |
| How long can I run the pizza oven on a standard 20 lb. tank of propane? | The run time should be 24 hours (conservatively). |
| What else can it cook? | We’ve successfully cooked giant pretzels, breadsticks, garlic knots, calzones, steaks, chicken, and pork chops. It’s not recommended to cook meats unless you have a pan that will fit in the oven with a grease splatter shield on top of it. Excessive grease could generate undesired smoke and/or flame. We also sell an adapter and wok for cooking Asian meals using the oven’s high output burner. |
| Can I use the oven inside? | Because it runs on propane, the oven cannot be used indoors. In adverse weather, the oven can be used in a garage if the garage door is left open for ventilation. |
| Does the oven come with a pizza peel? | The oven does not come with a pizza peel. The peel is sold separately. |
| Do I need to rotate the pizza when I cook it? | Yes, like any other oven, you should rotate your pizza at least once, but up to 2 or 3 times so it cooks evenly. |
| How big of a pizza does it make? | It can make pizzas up to 12-12.5" |
| Can I connect my oven to the natural gas line on my patio? | The oven can be hooked up to a natural gas line using our Natural Gas Conversion Kit. |
